All orders ship on Mondays. Orders placed by 1PM ET on Thursday will ship on Monday (4 days later).
We reserve the right to delay shipping due to unfavorable weather or holidays that cause transport delays.
If you have any doubts about your local weather, ask Canada Post to keep your package at your local post office for pick-up. This can be done with just a few clicks online or a quick phone call. An extra day at the post office is not a problem, but half a day on a frozen doorstep can be an issue.
RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, AND REFUNDS
The logistics and high cost of shipping plants makes it impractical to accept returns or offer refunds. Instead, we will offer a replacement of equal value in the unlikely event that there is any trouble with your order.
A photo of the tree should be taken on arrival.
It is expected that people will inform themselves about the care of each species prior to acquisition. Educational Recommendations are available in the Resources section of this website, and Canada Bonsai can always be reached by email.
All deposits for large purchases and special orders are non-refundable.
